I would never order from this merchant again. I paid for express shipping and the book didn't arrive within the expected time. I contacted this merchant twice with no reply. I finally got my book 1 week after the expected delivery date. I noticed it was shipped the day of my first email, which means if I hadn't of emailed the merchant I still might not have my book. By this time it was already late and I had to buy the book from another source so as not to miss any futher class assignments. I even requested a refund of the express shipping cost and still did not get any reply from the merchant.

4 out of 5 stars Cost Accounting Review   August 13, 2008
This book was on the optional reading for the Graduate Diploma of Marketing for AGSM.

It helped fill in some of the blanks that I had. The Cost accounting solutions manual is an extra (which may be necessary to determine the expected answers.

The website for the 12th edition is still accessible, but slightly shuffled around from what is published in the book (as of August 2008).

Most of the chapters are fairly clear. The extra video online content is interesting. Though, I think an attached CD with all the content would have been much easier.

Though, they do want to charge you more for the online summaries guides, which I did think would be in the Student Solutions manual.
